Renwick and Gaudiano on top in Salzburg

Laura Renwick and Oz de Breve. © Nini SchäbelWith a super time, it was the French rider Romain Duguet and his Quidam de Revel-son Le Prestige St Lois who for a long time looked like winnersin Salzburg’s 1,50 m Parcours des Trumer Pils Masters last night. The time was as good as 59.90 seconds, in the class that also counted as the first qualifier for Sunday ‘s Grand Prix. It was last rider Laura Renwick from Great Britain that took home the win though. Always galloping forward, Laura made it to the top with her 10-year-old stallion Oz de Breve on a time of 59.33 seconds. Third place went to the only 22 year old junior rider Hendrik-Jan Schuttert on the eleven year old gray mare Cerona HS.

The 1.45 speed class went to Emanuele Gaudiano on Admara. The Italian rider was clear, with a time of 54.10, followed by Carlo Motta Ribas in second on Ronaldo in 55.52 seconds – while Shane Breen ended third.
