Steve Guerdat out of hospital and on the mend

Luckily it seems that all is well with Steve. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Steve Guerdat suffered an injury during the warm-up in Bordeaux yesterday, and was taken to hospital. The incident happened when the Swiss rider got a kick in his knee by a passing horse. Luckily it seems that Steve is on the mend, as it was stated today on his website that the Olympic Champion was released from the hospital last night and that the examinations carried out did not reveal any fractures to the knee. Apparently Steve will try to ride again already tonight.
