At the CSI3* in Spangenberg Mario Stevens continued his good form to win the Big Tour Final on Little Pezi (Lord Pezi x Aldatus). The German rider was the fastest of the sixten riders in the jump-off, with a time of 40.65 seconds. Then followed three more Germans; Tim Rieskamp-Goedeking on Lautermann (Lauterbach x Liberty Life) was second, Markus Renzel third on Cassydy (Corrado I x Alcatraz) and Jan Sprehe fourth on Areno 5 (Argentinus x Grannus).
The CSI3* Grand Prix in Vichy went to Abdelkebir Ouaddar and Quickly de Kreisker (Diamant de Semilly x Laudanum). Ouaddar had one of only two double clears in this class, and managed the miracle of being faster than Patrice Delaveau on Carinjo HDC (Cascavelle x Landgraf)- well known for his winning ways and speed - in the jump-off. 2,36 seconds separated the two riders. In third finished Nial Talbot on Nicos de la Cense (Eyken des Fontenis x Le Tot de Semilly). The Irish rider had the fastest time of the day - but at the expence on four penalties.
At the CSI2* show in Dettighofen Hans-Dieter Dreher yet again proved unbeatable, this time on Colore (Contender x Lord). Only three of the 35 riders in the 1.34/1.50 Grand Prix produced double clears, and Hansi was the fastest of them all at 44.51 seconds. Then followed the relatively new combination of Georgina Bloomberg and Juvina (Cassini I x Grannus), with a time of 48.29 ahead of Timo Beck on third aboard Cayenne (Cassini I x Linaro).
