It was Swedish domination in the DKB-Riders Tour qualification in Hannover today. Douglas Lindelöw and Talina (Matterhorn x Heidelberg) took home the win in the 1.50 class ahead of in-form Henrik von Eckermann on Heraldo S (Heraldicus x Nobel V). The two Swedes were almost head to head in the class, but tiny fractions gave Lindelöw the win. Andreas Knippling was third on Mandy 592 (Marlon x Concorde). The fastest time in the jump-off belonged to Katharina Offel on Cathleen 28 (Cordobes I x Ramiro’s Son I).
Championat der Kröpcke Passage Hannover – another 1.50 class – was won by Tobias Meyer on Aluta (Aloube Z x Lavall II). Half through the very exciting jump-off Meyer went into the lead. Marcus Ehning looked like a serious contestant for the win on Nolte’s Küchengirl (Lord Z x Camebridge Cole), but the time was not good enough – and they ended up second, pushing Cassio Rivetti down to third. Andre Schröder really gave it a go as last to go, but took one down on his way and had to settle for fourth on Window 7 (Weinzauber x Florestan I).
