Thursday, 15 August 2013

Casall Ask will have offspring competing at the World Championships in Lanaken. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. The FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses will take place in Lanaken on the 19 to 22nd of September. Sweden and the Netherlands have already nominated their participants - Sweden is allowed to send six horses from each age group - 5, 6 and 7 year olds - while the top nine 5, 6 and 7 year olds from the Dutch KWPN Paardendagen automatically will be nominated from the Netherlands. Both countries will of course also be hoping for some wild cards in order to be able to send even more participants to Lanaken.

Sweden will send offspring by stallions like Hip Hop, Careful, Cardento, Corlensky G, Heartbeat, Carson Ask and Last Liberty while the Dutch horses are by Casall Ask, Numero Uno, Heartbreaker, Chacco Blue, Cardento, Silverstone, Unaniem and Wittinger VDL.

Click here to see the list over the Swedish nominated horses and here to see all the Dutch horses that are nominated. (The pdf is made out of the information on www.kwpn.nl).
