In the end of May, it was announced that the legendary Cevo Itot du Chateau will be retired from the sport. The now 18 year old gelding has World Cup and Grand Prix wins from Geneva, Doha, Chantilly, Cannes, Valkenswaard, London and Brussels with his rider Edwina Tops-Alexander who got him as a New Years surprise from her husband Jan Tops and Cees Van Opstal in 2007. The tiny gelding also jumped at the Olympics in London in 2012, and in Hong Kong in 2008 as well as at the World Equestrian Games in 2010. This is our thanks to one of the true stars and characters in the sport; Toti you will be missed! All photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.
