Monday, 21 July 2014

Frederique Fabre Delbos won the three star Grand Prix in Megève riding Nirvana Basters. Here seen in Odense earlier this year. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Egypt's Karim El Zoghby made it yet another Grand Prix win with Amelia (Cantos) yesterday, winning the four star 1.60 Grand Prix de la Ville de Dinard. El Zoghby has showed great form lately, and also won the Grand Prix in Franconville in June. With one of only two double clear rounds, El Zoghby's jump-off was the fastest at 49 seconds. Over four seconds behind came home rider Nicolas Delmotte on Number One D'Iso Un Prince (Baloubet du Rouet x Si Tu Viens). Third place went to another home rider; Roger Yves Bost on Nippon d'Elle (Scherif d'Elle x Narcos), who had the fastest jump-off time but on the expense of a rail down.
