The German anti-doping declaration

Thursday, 02 February 2012

Every athlete that will represent Germany at the Olympics has to sign an anti-doping declaration. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. The German Olympic Comity (DOSB) has decided that all the German athletes that will participate at the Olympics in London later this year have to sign a declaration. Even trainers and helpers of the athletes during the Olympics need to sign the declaration, and by doing so they promise to never use doping in any way.

"We will have a pleasant, successful and clean German team for the Olympics and their goal is to defend their position in the top," says the president of DOSB Thomas Bach.
