Tuesday, 30 April 2013

With one fence down in the second round Beezie Madden and Simon tied for a lead with Steve Guerdat, and there was a jump-off for the World Cup title. Photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.

Ego van Orti was one of two Vigo d'Arsouilles-sons in Sunday's final.A focused Charlie Jayne.Henrik and Gotha FRH in front of a packed Scandinavium arena that got to see four out of four Swedes jump on Sunday, and out of these three made it to round two.Jens Fredricson and Lunatic had a great second round, with only one rail down - putting them overall 12th. Katie and Nougat for America.Silvana HDC kept jumping amazing under Kevin! And so did Super Trooper de Ness under McLain!Poor Luciana could not hold on to the lead she went in with on Sunday, lowering too many poles on Lennox to finish overall 9th.A great first final for our favorite Reed, who finished 10th with super star Cylana.Ludo got a last minute call to Gothenburg, but nevertheless made it to the last day and to 15th position overall.Rolf and Quintero made the crowds go wild leaving all the fences intact - but getting one time penalty - in the second round on Sunday. We will never get enough of Carlo 273; Sergio rode an amazing clear second round on Sunday to finish 4th overall. Steve and Nino had the second and last clear of the day!A very happy Beezie Madden securing a jump-off on Simon. All smiles! And a big hug!
