Monday, 01 July 2013

The lovely Corradina and Carsten-Otto Nagel. Unfortunately this pair had two down in the triple combination in the first round. Photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.

Billy Twomey and Tinka's Serenade had a great first round, but had to see the last fence - the Rolex plank - fall. Still they made it to the second round.
World nr. one Christian Ahlmann was clear in the first round on Codex One, and the crowds went crazy in Aachen.
Ben Maher rode yeat another great clear in the first round on Cella, but had two down in the second round.
Daniel Deusser ended 4th on Cornet d'Amour with just one single time penalty from the first round.
Eugenie Angot and Old Chap Tame for France.
Hans-Dieter Dreher and Magnus Romeo made the audience gasp for air with their first round, but in the end the final plank came down.
Harrie Smolders and Walnut de Muze had a fantastic first round and were clear.
Janika Sprunger rode amazing on Palloubet d'Hallong to end second.
