The Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final – The riders in it: Kevin Staut

Thursday, 21 November 2013

Kevin Staut on Quismy des Vaux HDC. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. The first of the ten riders that we present for the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final is Kevin Staut. This French rider has been one of France’s best riders on the international showjumping circuit over the last years, if not the best. Kevin won the individual gold medal with Kraque Boom at the European Championships at Windsor in 2009, and has team silver medals from both the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games in Kentucky and the 2011 FEI European Championships in Madrid. Kevin is constantly in the top three wherever he is – and this year he has notched up some big wins in La Coruna, Hickstead and Oslo – to mention some.

Currently Kevin is rank number twelve on the world ranking, but from September 2010 to June 2011 he was world nr. one.

In last year's Top 10 Final Kevin ended third on Silvana HDC.
