Tim Stockdale out with neck injury

Photo by Spruce Meadows Media Services.British rider Tim Stockdale has fractured his neck in two places after falling off a young horse he was trying in North Wales on MondayStockdale was taken to hospital suffering from concussion when the doctors discovered the fractures. He is now being transferred to a spinal unit.

 His groom Kristyn Kemp has told Horse & Hound that: “He’s stable and everything’s moving, which is great. I spoke to him this morning and he sounds ok — but says he’s a bit sore.”
