Marcus Ehning.WoSJ asked Marcus Ehning - who will compete in the final with Cornado NRW - Jenny Rågdell Lagerqvist - grooming for Daniel Deusser - and Gert-Jan Bruggink - who is in Lyon to help Abdullah Sharbatly with Bruggink's previous ride Andrea - who they think will win the prestigious Longines FEI World Cup Final in Lyon.

"My favorites are Scott Brash, Kent Farrington and Ludger Beerbaum," Marcus says. 

Jenny Rågdell Lagerqvist.

"I wouldn't be surprised if Christian Ahlmann won. I don't really think so, but it wouldn't surprise me. Otherwise Marcus Ehning. When it comes to our chances I really hope we will be in the race to the last day," Jenny says.

Gert-Jan Bruggink.

"There are a lot of American riders and five German riders at start. The Germans are always strong. Scott Brash is here as well. It would be really good if the final went to the Netherlands though. Several Dutch horses are sold to other countries, and after the Eurocommerce auction a lot of horses got foreign owners. Maikel van der Vleuten is the only Dutch rider here and my hopes are for him, but it is going to be a tough race. The first day is important and we will see who will get a good start. After tonight you can say a bit more," Gert-Jan says.
