Martin Fuchs won the biggest class of the day at the 3* event in Ascona – taking home the 1.50 class on Conte Della Caccia (Canturo x Corrado I). The young Swiss rider – who was a part of the gold medal team at the Europeans for young riders last weekend – had one of eleven clear rounds in this class, and was the fastest in the jump-off stopping the clock on 36.80 seconds.
Runner-up was another Swiss rider; Janika Sprunger on Uptown Boy (Odermus R x Joost) who finished the jump-off in a time of 37.33 seconds. Third went to Constant van Paesschen riding Citizenguard Toscan de St. Hermelle (Surcouf de Revel x Bayac de Sainte Hermelle), with a time of 37.46 seconds in the jump-off.
At the 3* event in Megeve, Filippo Moyersoen from Italy won the 1.50 class on Loro Piana Canada (Cornet Obolensky x Paramo K). Moyersoen was double clear with a time of 36.27 seconds in the jump-off, while his compatriot Lorenzo de Luca finished second on Zoe II (Kannan x Goes Without Saying) at 36.47 seconds. US rider Alise Oken was third on Belmont (Ahorn x Landfriese II).
In Dinard the biggest class of the day was a 1.45 class, which went to home rider Marc Dilasser on the For Pleasure-son Qamaieu de Montsec. The French rider was fractions faster than his compatriot Nicolas Delmotte riding Number One D’Iso Un Prince (Baloubet du Rouet x Si Tu Viens), while Penelope Leprevost came in third on Nice Stephanie (Cardento x Ralme Z) making it all French in the top three.
