Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Christian Ahlmann took home the Youngster Cup final in Hamburg today aboard Tonton van Sint-Maar (President x Nabab de Reve). The eight year old grey stallion jumped very impressive around the 1.40 course set in the big grass ring, and in the jump-off Ahlmann raced around the track to beat Philip Rüping on the lovely Cocolina 2 (Con Air x Capitol).

The impressive Bella Donna and Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum was third on the scopey Bella Donna 66 (Baldini II x Calido I); this horse gives the fences masses of air and is definitely one for the big classes.

Another horse for the future is All Star 5 (Argentinus x Alme), ridden by Denis Lynch. This fantastic horse had one down in today’s jump-off, but will probably win plenty of classes in the future.
