It’s a great success for the Holsteiner breeding to be at the top again.

We are looking forward to the highlight of the Holsteiner year – the stallion approval and elite riding horse auction on 3rd to 5th November 2016.

Sixty two-year-old stallions of a wide variety of pedigrees have cleared the first hurdle in Elmshorn and selected to appear in front of the licensing commission in Neumünster. “We will be able to present an excellent mixture of well proven Holsteiner sires, international stars and up coming young stallions in Neumünster”, said breeding director Dr. Thomas Nissen. “At the selection they already showed excellent jumping ability.

Many FEI jumpers like for example Carinjo HDC, Lacrimoso HDC, Carambole N.O.P., HH Conrad or Carlow van der Helle were sold over the stallion auction at Neumünster.

Forty-four riding horses, three to seven years old, found entry in this year’s elite catalogue. The lot is made of interesting and proven pedigrees. One more time Casall (Ask) is represented prominently with five offspring. Now 17 he has won global champions tour competitions twice already this year.
Highly interesting should be a capably jumping son of Lightning, half-brother to Glock’s Cognac Champblanc, who is placed up to medium level already.

As you can see, there are ample opportunities to secure the excellent genetics of Holsteiner horses. Don’t miss it, it will be worth it.
