Christian Ahlmann (GER) tops the Longines Ranking for a third month in a row. However, Simon Delestre (FRA) is hot on his heels as he moves up to rank two narrowing the gap between them to a mere 46 points. Delestre switches with Kent Farrington (USA), who is rank three this month.

McLain Ward (USA) and Eric Lamaze (CAN) remain as rank four and five, while Daniel Deusser (GER) and Penelope Leprevost (FRA) change spots to be six and seven respectively this month. Kevin Staut (FRA) remains as rank eight, while Marcus Ehning (GER) is new as rank nine going up from rank eleven. Scott Brash (GBR) is now rank ten after being nine last month, and Rolf-Göran Bengtsson (SWE) has to see himself pushed out of the Top 10 for October.

The Longines Ranking no. 189 counts results from 1st of October 2015 to 30th of September 2016.
