Kent Farrington jumps into 2018 as world no. one

Kent Farrington (USA) remains on top of the Longines Ranking for another month making it nine consecutive since he took over as rank one in 2017. Farrington has collected a total of 3313 points.

Harrie Smolders (NED) makes a big jump up the rankings after a fantastic December, and goes from rank five to two with his 2953 points. McLain Ward (USA) is pushed down one spot to rank three with 2903 points, and Kevin Staut (FRA) down from rank three to four on 2848 points. 

Going from rank no. four to five is Peder Fredricson (SWE), while Lorenzo De Luca (ITA) goes one spot up from rank seven to six switching with Maikel van der Vleuten (NED). New in the Top 10 is Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) who shoots up from rank 13 to eight, while Eric Lamaze (CAN) stays as rank nine from last month. Steve Guerdat (SUI) drops from rank eight to ten this month.
