Richard Spooner and Cristallo (Caletto x Metellus) took home the victory in the FEI World Cup Qualifier at the Alltech National Horse Show Saturday. Several of the best Americans riders were gathered in Kentucky for the 4* show such as McLain Ward, Laura Kraut and Margie Engle.
Some of the European riders are also present in USA at the moment. Nick Skelton has already been competing in the US for a couple of weeks with great success. This weekend he kept up his good performane and was runner up in the World Cup Qualifier aboard Carlo (Contender x Cascavelle), while Harrie Smolders came fourth with Exquis Oliver Q (Quattro B x Maykel) as he had to see Jessica Springsteen in front of him on the prize list in addition to Spooner and Skelton.
