Sales representative France for Horseware

Are you great at sales and love horses? We are looking to turn your passion into your profession.

Horseware is the leading global rug manufacturer with cutting edge technology and innovation.

As the leader, we are committed to developing prominent product offerings and strong brand presence across all equestrian markets.

We are seeking a top sales professional who will be responsible for selling a diverse range of products in the equestrian market. The individual will have a sound knowledge of the industry, a proven sales background and good communication and interpersonal skills.

The area to cover is France. You will be responsible for servicing existing accounts as well as prospecting and developing new accounts, presenting our latest innovations, handling customer inquiries and ultimately grow the business.

 


 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Territory management with the expectation to meet or exceed the monthly sales targets
  • Identify market opportunities and develop area revenue
  • Provide a high level of customer service and work closely with the head office in Ireland
  • Present new products and new collections to retailers in your area
  • Discuss and agree with the EU sales Manager an action plan to develop sales in your area (shows, retailer partnership, opening doors)
  • Retailers training and products demos
  • Complete weekly reporting
  • Travel to Ireland twice a year for meetings and team building

     

Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Sales experience, demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and overcome obstacles
  • Highly motivated, can work effectively independently and part as a team
  • Demonstrated time management and organization skills
  • Good knowledge of horses is a real plus (rider, groom, …)
  • Excellent communication and presentation
