Week seven of the 2024-edition of the Andalucía Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera, Spain, is underway and Thursday's CSI4* 1.50m Big Tour Grand Prix qualifier concluded with a win for the host nation's own Alvaro Gonzalez De Zarate Fernandez and Casa Diva PS (Casallco x Silvio I).

Stopping the clock on 59.97 seconds, the Spanish rider took the top honours ahead of Michael Pender (IRL) and HHS Fortune (Catoki x Douglas) with 1.32 seconds separating the two. Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) and Made In'T Ruytershof (Norton d'Eole x Diamant de Semilly) completed the top three with a time of 61.64 seconds. 

Adrian Whiteway (GBR) and Chacco Volo (Chacco-Blue x Carthago) placed fourth with a time of 63.29, while Marie Demonte (FRA) and Forban de Beliard (Upsilon x Diamant de Semilly) finished fifth in 63.31.
