Robert Whitaker won the Bahrain Pearl Stakes - a 1.50 class - at the CSI4* show at Windsor on Friday. He rode the 13-year-old Catwalk IV (Colman x Corleone), and was over a second faster than John Whitaker with Argento (Arko III x Gasper) in the jump-off that counted sixteen riders.

After the two British riders, two riders from the US followed - Kent Farrington with Aron S (Tadmus x Karandasj) and Beezie Madden with Quister (Kannan x Eyken Des Fontenis). Both of them were double clear and so was fifth placed Malin Baryard-Johnsson with Corporal VDL (Cardento x Grosso Z) as well as sixth placed Tim Stockdale with Fleur De L'Aube (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve x Alcatraz).
