Italian triumph in Thursday's big tour in Budapest

Davide Kainich really must love Budapest! The Italian rider won at Budapest Indoor World Cup a few years ago with Loro Piana Tamarix (Kannan x Caritas) and yesterday he did it again. He finished as the fastest in the 1.50 Big Tour against the clock in a huge field of 83 riders. Former German rider Max Kühner, who these days is riding for Austria, was runner-up with Clooney (Cardento x Voltaire) almost two seconds behind on the clock. Germany's Andreas Brenner - usually lucky in Hungary - finished third with his 12 year old mare Trebox Acorada (Acorado x Lands River).
