Lorenzo De Luca won Friday’s main class in Mexico City, the CSI5* LGCT Massimo Dutti Trophy. Riding Limestone Grey (Try Time x breeding unknown), the Italian rider went in to set the time to beat at 64.95 seconds – which proved unbeatable.
Thursday’s winners Eduardo Álvarez Aznar (ESP) and Fidux (Malito de Reve x Voltaire ) finished second in this 1.50/1.60m class, with a time of 65.36 moving Shane Sweetnam (IRL) and Main Road (Heartbeat x Irco Marco) down to third place with their time of 68.08.
Shane Sweetnam had a good day at work, and also won Friday’s 1.45m Broxel Trophy counting for the Longines Ranking aboard Cyklon (Cardento 933 x Cortus).
