“My number one go to when it comes to a sore mouth is Calmoseptine ointment. I think it can only be bought in America, so I stock up! Also avoid using a bit for a few days depending on the situation. You can also put Vaseline on the side of the mouth to help avoiding bit frictions in the first place.”
