The competition in the CAVALIADA Tour 2023/2024 includes not only four events, but also the competition for the title of the best competitor of the season. The grand finale, including ceremonial decorations within individual rankings, will take place on 22-25 February 2024 in the largest entertainment and sports hall in Poland – TAURON Arena Kraków.

The CAVALIADA Tour final will be held in Krakow for the third time, but for the first time in history at such a high rank (CSI4*W-LF) and with a record prize pool of EUR 239,000. The Big Round consists of three competitions as part of the final games of the Central European League of the World Cup. All three will count towards the Longines ranking. The PKO Bank Polski Grand Prix will have a prize pool of EUR 105,500, and the winner will receive a check worth EUR 26,000. The three best riders in the Central European League ranking to be selected in this competition will advance to the World Cup Final in Riyadh.

CAVALIADA Tour consists of four key sports competitions on the map of Europe. Ranking classifications are conducted in all equestrian competitions. The CAVALIADA Tour ranking corresponds to international show jumping competition, CAVALIADA Future is for children on ponies, and CAVALIADA Open Tour is a competition for amateurs. Rankings are also conducted in other competitions: eventing (TRAF Eventing Tour), driving (ORLEN Driving Tour) and dressage (CAVALIADA Dressage Tour). In each stage, competitors compete for further points, and the fight for the leadership position becomes fiercer with each location.

- Nobody in Krakow will give up easily. Personally, I hope that I will be able to maintain my leading position and win the ranking. The competition will certainly be at a high level. I am taking my horse Echo van Spalbeek Z to Krakow, with which we won the PKO Bank Polski Grand Prix in Sopot. I have competed in every CAVALIADA Tour location this season and I must admit that each of them is unique in its own way. What I like most about CAVALIADA is the audience. It's special for us, the competitors, to start with such great support from a large audience. Additionally, CAVALIADA combines work with pleasure – each event takes place in a different city, which we like to visit after the competition – says Harm Lahde, leader of the CAVALIADA Tour ranking.

The CAVALIADA Tour ranking covers show jumping competitions. The competitions included in this ranking are the most demanding in terms of sports, i.e. the Big Round on Friday and the Grand Prix on Sunday. In total, the CAVALIADA Tour ranking includes as many as 7 qualifying competitions and the final in Krakow.

The list of competitors accepted for the CSI4*W-LF competition in Krakow includes representatives of as many as 18 countries, including: Kristaps Neretnieks from Latvia, Angelos Touloupis from Greece, Douglas Lindelöw from Sweden, Gábor Szabó Jr. from Hungary, Harm Lahde or Felix Hassmann from Germany, Sara Vingralkova from the Czech Republic and the best Poles, including the Polish Champion and leader of the ranking of the Polish Equestrian Association, Tomasz Miśkiewicz, and the 8-time winner of the CAVALIADA Tour – Jarosław Skrzyczyński.

Before the final in Krakow, the leader of the CAVALIADA Tour ranking is Harm Lahde from Germany, who took part in every qualifying round and after winning the PKO Bank Polski Grand Prix in Sopot, he has 49 points. Harm's partner, Finja Bormann from Germany, is second (40 points), and Angelos Touloupis from Greece is third (36 points).

- CAVALIADA in Krakow is a very important event for me for two reasons. Firstly, this is the last stage of the CAVALIADA Tour, where we will do everything to win, and secondly, it is the final of the Central European League of the World Cup, where the stakes are very high – the aim of the competition will be to advance to the World Cup Final in Riyadh. The arena in Krakow is amazing, and the CAVALIADA Tour is one of the largest competitions in Europe. I am glad that I have the opportunity to compete in such wonderful arenas with a large audience – says Angelos Touloupis from Greece, currently third in the ranking.

For the three best players of the CAVALIADA Tour 2023/2024 season, the organisers have prepared a unique decoration ceremony with a special setting. The best ones will receive not only a red carpet surrounded by spotlights, statuettes, but also a unique cup for the winner. First of all, in the CAVALIADA Tour classification, the five competitions who have scored the most ranking points receive financial prizes. The winner will get EUR 5,200.

We invite you to visit the royal city of Krakow on 22-25 February 2024. Tickets are available at: https://tobilet.pl/cavaliada-krakow.html
