Spanish rider Sergio Alvarez Moya confirms to World of Showjumping that he has sold his top horse G&C Arrayan. The 12-year-old KWPN gelding by Baloubet du Rouet x Grannus will in the future be seen under Colombian rider Carlos Lopez.

With Moya in the saddle, G&C Arrayan has had a very good season winning the CSI5* Longines Global Champions Tour of Cannes as well as the CSI5* 1.55 Prix Renault in Versailles, finishing third in the CSI3* World Cup in Wellington, third in the CSI5* Grand Prix in Wellington, third in the CSI5*-W 1.55 class in Verona and more recently as no. eight in the World Cup in Lyon – just to mention some of the many highlights. The pair also jumped to an overall fifth at this year's Longines FEI World Cup Final in Omaha, and competed at the European Championships in Gothenburg where they ended 14th individually.
