Alexa Ferrer and the 10-year-old Caetlin vd Heffinck Z (Chacco-Blue x Cabrio vd Heffinck) won Saturday night’s CSI4* 1.60m Grand Prix presented by ClipMyHorse at Jumping International Gassin in St Tropez, France.

Ten horse-and-rider combinations from a field of 46 joined the jump-off, where the top five delivered another clear. With a time of 40.93 seconds, Ferrer snatched the win from Nina Mallevaey (FRA) and My Clementine (O.B.O.S Quality 004 x Kashmir van Schuttershof) who had to settle for the runner-up spot in 41.16.

Lorenzo de Luca (ITA) and Noblesse vd Mespel Z (Nabab de Reve x Escudo I) completed the podium in third after clocking a time of 41.98 seconds ahead of Simon Delestre (FRA) and Nascar van’T Siamshof (Emilion x Voltaire Pref) in fifth in 42.71 and Mandy Mendes Costa (POR) aboard Flocon de Bellevue (Ulhan du Temple x Dino de Dampierre) in fifth in 45.00.
