Last weekend Cassio Rivetti and Fine Fleur du Marais (Toulon x Cento) were second in the CSI3* Grand Prix in Arezzo, this weekend the went all the way to the top.
The 1.50/1.55 class had 53 riders in it, and no less than fourteen of them moved on to the jump-off. Against the clock, five riders went clear again with Ukraine's Rivetti being the fastest with a time of 39.32 seconds. Belgium's Wilm Vermier finished as runner-up on the 10-year-old mare Gentiane de la Pomme (Shindler de Muze x Diamant), stopping the clock in 39.84 seconds.
Italy's Juan Carlos Garcia took a third place on home soil riding the 10-year-old stallion Gitano V Berkenbroeck (Nabab de Reve x Ti Amo vh Lambroeck) after finishing a little over a second behind Rivetti's time.
