Conor Swail and GK Coco Chanel win Thursday's CSI4* 1.50m in Vilamoura

Conor Swail (IRL) and the 12-year-old gelding GK Coco Chanel (Clarimo x Lerano 2) won Thursday's CSI4* 1.50m class at the Vilamoura Champions Tour in Portugal. 

The two-phase competition had a total of 108 horse-and-rider combinations in it, with Swail being the fastest of all aboard GK Coco Chanel – stopping the clock at 37.16 in the second phase. Andreas Schou (DEN) followed in second place with Quadrosson Ask (Quadros 3 x Carentan), in 37.53 seconds. Third place went to Cameron Hanley (IRL) and Esi Toulouse (Siec Livello x Quasimodo van de Molendreef) with a time of 37.80 seconds. Jack Whitaker (GBR) and Scenletha (Scendix x Contendra I) finished fourth, while Michael Pender (IRL) put three Irish riders within the top five when ending fifth with Hhs Calais (Cavalier Royale x Obos Quality 004).
