It was quite a surprise win in the 11. Maurice Lacroix Grand Prix at the CSI3* event in Humlikon, as  the 27-year-old Elian Baumann went to the top on Baros (Casco x Larino). The Swiss rider is not an unfamiliar name on the circuit though, as he is Pius Schwizer's stable jockey and rode one of his boss' horses.

Finland's Anna-Julia Kontio recorded another good result on Pacific des Essartes (Diamant de Semilly x Totoche) ending second 0.22 behind Baumann's time in the jump-off. Sweden's Rolf-Göran Bengtsson finished third on Unita Ask (Corrado I x Caretino) 0.40 seconds behind the winning time. Two more Swiss riders followed; Werner Muff in fourth and Janika Sprunger in fifth.
