It was a home win in Gorla Minore, as Italy's Federico Ciriesi won the CSI3* Grand Prix on Cassandra 285 (Casall x Contender). Ciriesi had one of only three double clear rounds in the class, leaving Finland's Anna-Julia Kontio behind him in runner-up position on Pacific des Essarts (Diamant de Semilly x Totoche) - with a time in the jump-off that was 0.35 slower. Third place went to Sweden's Charlotte Mordasini on Romane du Theil (For Pleasure x Quidam de Revel).
