Gregory Wathelet (BEL) and the 10-year-old Cameron Z (Chester Z x Chacco-Blue) won Thursday’s CSI4* 1.50m – a competition counting for the Longines Rankings group D – at Jumping International Gassin in St Tropez, France.
Jumping clear in 64.65, the 2021 Olympic team bronze medalist took the win ahead of Yali Kass (ISR) and Luna van’T Ruytershof (Levisto Z x For Pleasure) in second in 65.64. Alexa Ferrer (FRA) and Caetlin vd Heffinck (Chacco-Blue x Cabrio vd Heffinck) followed in third with a time of 65.87, while Laura Kraut (USA) and Tres Bien Z (Toulon x Nabab de Reve) took the fourth spot in 68.18 and Jean Luc Morier (FRA) aboard Fol Amour St Denis (New York x Kronos d’Ouilly) fifth in 68.39.
