Germany's Holger Wulschner turned out to be the best of the fourty riders that had lined up for Saturday's CSI3* Stutteri Ask Grand Prix of Herning. Aboard the 13-year-old gelding Bsc Skipper (Stolzenberg x Lord Liberty), Wulschner produced one of the only three double clears in the class to take home a brand new Mustang horse trailer.
With Sven Fehnl and Deep Blue Bridge S (Zirocco Blue VDL x Ahorn) following him, only 0.24 seconds behind on the clock it ended with double German on top in this 1.50m Grand Prix counting for the Longines Ranking.
Emil Hallundbæk was best for the hosts, riding Chalisco (Chacco-Blue x Quidam de Revel) to the third place with the last double clear of the day. Sweden's Rolf-Göran Bengtsson finished fourth while fifth place went to Denmark's Michael Aabo, both with a time fault in the first round and a clear in round two.
