The French riders dominated on home soil in Sunday's CSI4* Grand Prix de la Ville de Bourg en Bresse, with three from the host nations finishing within the top five.
Alexis Deroubaix (FRA) took home the win in this 1.55m Grand Prix riding the 11-year-old Timon D'Aure (Mylord Carthago x Drakkar des Hutins) after a double clear round and a time of 38.28 seconds in the jump-off. Alexandra Ledermann (FRA) took care of the runner-up position aboard the 13-year-old Requiem de Talma (Cento x Qredo de Paulstra), also with a double clear in 42.39 seconds. With one down in the jump-off, Carlos Lopez Lizarazo (COL) ended third with Admara 2 (Padinus x Murano). Fourth went to Margaux Bost (FRA) and As de Papignies (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Ahorn Z), also she with one down in the jump-off, while Mark McAuley (IRL) had two down against the clock aboard Utchan de Belheme (Calvaro x Mr Blue) to finish fifth.
