Edward Levy (FRA) took a home win in Saturday's CSI3* 1.50m Grand Prix Longines de la Région Normandie in Deauville.
Out of a field of 59 horse-and-rider combinations, 11 moved on to the jump-off where Levy and the 14-year-old Sirius Black (Calisco du Pitray x Laudanum) were the fastest with a time of 40.27 seconds. José Maria Larocca (ARG) and Finn Lente (Gaillard de La Pomme x Colandro) followed in runner-up position with a time of 40.61 seconds. Third place went to Scott Brash (GBR) and Hello Vincent (Consul de La Vie Z x Fergar Mail), after the two stopped the clocks at 40.87 seconds. Fanny Skalli (FRA) and Jonka A (Cardento x breeding unknown) finished fourth with the last double clear of the class, while Guy Williams (GBR) and Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo van ter Moude x Quouglof Rouge) had to settle for fifth with four faults after delivering the fastest time in the jump-off.
