USA´s Kent Farrington and Willow (Guidam x Little Rock) won the 1.50 m 'Prix Hotel Royal Emeraude' in Dinard on Saturdaz, after being slightly faster than yesterday's winners Gregory Wathelet and Riesling du Monselet (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Laeken) in the jump-off.
It turned out to be a difficult course with the faults spreading all over, and only seven riders cleared the first round - four ended up with time penalties. The jump-off didn't seem to be any easier with only two clear rounds - delivered by Farrington and Wathelet.
Bertram Allen - who turns 20 today - was the fastest four faulter riding Belmonde (Ovidius x Kenwood) to end third ahead of Luca Maria Moneta with Connery (Cordobes II x Polydor) and Jaime Azcarraga with Matador (Indoctro x Corland).
