Last year, Latvia's Kristaps Neretnieks drank from the Brinkhoff's No. 1 glass as the winner of Friday's feature class at the traditional Turnier der Sieger in Münster, Germany. At the 2024-edition, he was able to take another sip, as he repeated the victory – once again with the same horse, Palladium KJV (Falkenhof's Lancer x Cornet Obolensky). 

With a time of 58.26 seconds, Neretnieks and Palladium KJV topped Friday's CSI4* 1.50m Brinkhoff's No. 1 Prize – taking the win ahead of Richard Vogel (GER) and Crack HV (Cornet Obolensky x Candillo) by 1.65 seconds. Tim Rieskamp-Goedeking (GER) and Ib Qualita (FRH Quaid x Salito) clocked a time of 60.94 seconds to place third, while Markus Renzel (GER) and Pikeur Cole’s Balou (Cole Porter x Baloubet du Rouet) finished fourth, followed by Jens Baackmann (GER) aboard Nomanee (Non Stop x Carthago Z) in fifth.
