Edited press release from Hubside Jumping
Marie Pellegrin (FRA) and Valentino des Bleus (Flipper d’Elle*HN x Quatoubet du Rouet) won Saturday’s CSI4* 1.45m class counting for the Longines Ranking at Hubside Jumping in Grimaud, France.
“I’m super happy. Valentino des Bleus knows his job by heart and he really loves competing! In the jump-off, the speed increased gradually. Ahmad Saber Hamcho was very fast, but I know my horse and I knew he could be faster,” Pellegrin commented after her win.
Ahmad Saber Hamcho (SYR) took the runner-up position with Caldero (Camaro M x Cortez) – less than half a second behind Pellegrin. Third place went to Thomas Lambert (FRA) with Thalie St Loise (Cardero x Papillon Rouge), while Rene Lopez Lizarazo (COL) with Stalognia (Stakkatol x Chacco-Blue) took fourth place and Megane Moissonnier (FRA) with Aramusse (Elan de La Cour x Leprince de Thurin) fifth place.
