It was Germany's Janne-Friederike Meyer that took home the win at the CSI3* event in Spangenberg on Sunday. Riding the 10-year-old Charlotta 25 (Contini x Piano II), Meyer went in against eleven other riders in the jump-off - to produce the fastest clear of the day at 42.69 seconds. Closest to Meyer came her compatriot Holger Hetzel on Legioner 2 (Limbus x Calido I), almost a second behind on the clock.
Third place belonged to Austria's Max Kühner on Chardonnay 79 (Clarimo x Corrado I), who was almost two seconds behind the winning time. Fourth and fifth with the two last double clears of the day were Irma Karlsson and Sabrina van Rijswijk.
The fastest time in the jump-off at 41.75 seconds was delivered by Katharina Offel, on the expense on a rail down.
