Patrice Delaveau made it a home win in Sunday's CSI3* Grand Prix of Saint Lo, riding the 9-year-old stallion Urcos de Kerglenn HDC (Toulon x Diamant de Semilly).
Delaveau was one of the seven riders moving on to the jump-off in this 1.50m Grand Prix presented by GD PX Conseil Departemental, and by far the fastest with his time of 45.58 seconds. Belgium's Constant Van Paesschen finished in runner-up position aboard the 10-year-old stallion Compadre van de Helle (Casall Ask x Concerto II), a little over a second behind Delaveau.
Three French riders rounded off the top five: Alexis Deroubaix on Secret du Pays d'Auge (Quick Star x Kannan), Timothee Anciaume on Kiamon (Kolibri x Ramiro's Match) and Clement Boulanger on Uranus d'Omonville (Muriesco du Cotentin x Socrate de Chivre).
