Romain Duguet (SUI) and the 14-year-old gelding Bel Canto de Boguin (Grenat de Grez HN x Arpege Pierreville) won Saturday’s CSI4* 1.45m Prix Crédit Agricole Normandie at the 2025-edition of Jumping international de Saint-Lô in France.
Jumping clear in 38.28 in the winning round, Duguet and Bel Canto de Boguin took the top honours ahead of Nicolas Layec (FRA) and Georgio Louvo Z (George x Quintus d’09) in second, just fractions behind in 38.33.
Roger Yves Bost (FRA) and Ballerine du Vilpion (Baloubet du Rouet x Quidam de Revel) – a pair that topped the opening day’s CSI4* 1.50m Prix France Étalons – completed the podium in third in 39.25. With four faults each, Marc Dilasser (FRA) aboard Chamann Has (Mylord Carthago x Socrate de Chivre) and Laurent Goffinet (FRA) with Figaro des Parts (Armitages Boy x Kannan) followed in fourth and fifth respectively.
