This week, some of the world's best horses and riders will travel to Doha, Qatar to compete at the Commercial Bank CHI Al Shaqab presented by Longines.

On the entry list for this CSI5* event, are big names such as Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS), Nicola and Olivier Philippaerts (BEL), Kevin Staut (FRA), Scott Brash (GBR), Daniel Deusser (GER), Marcus Ehning (GER), Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) and Peder Fredricson (SWE) – to mention some. 

The event will take place at the Longines Arena at Al Shaqab, member of Qatar Foundation, from 27-29 February. A total of 88 riders from 23 countries will thrill the crowds. The world-class international equestrian competition, which Al Shaqab is organizing and hosting for the seventh time, will see riders compete in the Olympic disciplines of showjumping, dressage, and para dressage.
