The first three star win in Neumünster on Friday went to Germany's own Guido Klatte Jr. Riding Collado (Cassini I x Landgraf I), Klatte Jr. was joined in the top three by two more German riders as Laura Jane Hackbarth ended second and Henry Vaske third in this 1.45 speed class.
The biggest class of the day went to Nicola Philippaerts. The Belgian rider partnered up with Quenzo de la Roque (Kannan x Jasmin) to win the 1.50 class. With a clear round and a time of 52.37 Nicola left his compatriot Gudrun Patteet behind him, almost a second behind on the time aboard on Sea Coast Atlantic (Schilling x Aramis de la Cense). Third place went to Denmark's Lars Bak Andersen on Arcado L (Argentinus x Chasseur).
