Like in Oliva, it was a Dutch Grand Prix winner in San Giovanni. Wout-Jan van der Schans won Sunday’s CSI3* Grand Prix riding Capetown (Oklund x Carlino).
The 1.50 class was a competition over two rounds where fifteen riders qualified for the second round. With a lot of faults and a tight time allowed only three riders finished the class on a clean sheet. Germany's Simone Blum and Alice 355 (Askari x Landrebell) finished as runners-up almost a second behind Van der Schans, while third place went to French rider Adeline Hecart and Pasha du Gue (Dollar de la Pierre x Darco).
