After a few years away from the competition scene, I’ve realised just how much I miss it, so I’m looking for the right opportunity to return to a professional show yard.

I have experience from grassroots through to international level, including:

• Grooming for a top showjumping rider in Germany.
• Four years in the USA working on the major competition circuits.
• Freelancing for leading riders across the UK.

Ideally, I’m looking for a home groom or head groom position, although I’m equally happy travelling to shows as part of the role.

I take great pride in my work and offer:

• Turnout to an exceptionally high standard.
• Excellent plaiting.
• A calm, organised and reliable approach.
• Clean, tidy and respectful work ethic.
• Non-smoker and non-drinker.

I’m 40 years old, so I would ideally like self-contained live-in accommodation rather than shared living, as I value having my own space outside of work.

I also have two small, well-behaved, horse-savvy dogs who travel everywhere with me and are no trouble around the yard.

If possible, I would also like to bring my three well-mannered show horses/ponies, or have access to livery for them within a reasonable distance.

I’m happy to relocate anywhere for the right position and would love to find a long-term home where I can become a valued part of the team.
