We are a small team, so job sharing and flexibility in mindset to do all tasks where required is essential and each person’s part of the cog is equally important. 

Must be/have:
- Responsible, honest and reliable  
- Previous Professional horse industry experience 
- Established, experienced and in depth understanding of good basic flatwork
- Positive, Upbeat Attitude 
- Strong Work Ethic 
- Ability to take charge in situations when alone or with a junior team member 
- Organised, tidy and Punctual 
- Excellent clear communication skills
- Prepared to travel internationally if required 

Tasks include (not limited to):
- Grooming horses to the highest standard (e.g. clipping, bandaging, rugging, tending to wounds, washing etc) 
- Tacking horses for riding and lunging
- Overseeing horse management at home and at shows
- Mucking out and cleaning paddocks
- General stable duties
- Exercising horses on the flat including pole work and cavalettis
- Cleaning and maintaining tidy workplace in stable and around yard
- Maintaining arena surfaces 

Requirements:
- English speaking

Preference for:
- Truck license 
- Permit to reside in Europe 

Fully self contained own accommodation, good salary, internet, phone and use of farm car included.
