After working as a professional groom and home rider for about 10 years, I decided to explore a traditional 9-to-5 job related to my studies in Real Estate.
Now, after six years as a Property Manager, I am eager to return to the equestrian world and continue growing in the industry. I truly believe that once a horse girl, always a horse girl—there’s something special about the shared passion, hard work, and long days that bring horse people together, and I am excited to be part of that again.
During my time as a groom, I spent three seasons in Wellington, worked on the GCT circuit, and was a home rider for a 5* stable. Over the past few years, I have also done extensive freelance work, keeping my equestrian knowledge sharp.
As a Property Manager, I have been responsible for the daily operations of approximately 700 apartments. My role has included event management, interior design, marketing and social media, facility management, third-party contracts, property development and construction, as well as investor tours and meetings, among other tasks. Now, I hope to find a position that allows me to combine this recent experience with my equestrian background—such as property/stable management, facility management, client management, or event/show organizing.
While I don’t mind working hands-on in the stable, I am looking for a long-term role where I can develop and grow.
I am currently based in the Netherlands and open to relocating, preferably within NL/BE, but I am open to other opportunities as well.
