Turnham Green is a 20-stall private barn based in Wellington, FL. The owner/rider competes in hunters, jumpers and equitation with ~10 horses. The summer circuit includes East Coast/Michigan USA and Europe.

Turnham Green is seeking full-time, permanent FEI Show Grooms to be part of a 4-person team caring for 10-12 horses. We seek professional, dedicated and dependable grooms who are passionate about their horses and the sport. Responsibilities include grooming, tacking up/untacking, feeding, lunging, turn out, bandaging, clipping, mane trim/pull, mucking stalls and tack cleaning.

Previous FEI grooming experience is required. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, be able to work independently but also be a team player, be a non-smoker and, importantly, love working with horses. Experience with equine first aid, equine therapies (e.g., cold water salt spa) and administering IM/IV shots a plus. Candidates must be able to legally work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license. Own transportation required. Pay is commensurate with experience. Shared housing available on property, or housing stipend if off property.
