CSI5* GC Playoffs 2025

It was Belgium's Abdel Saïd and his own outstanding 12-year-old mare Bonne Amie (A Big Boy x Landfriese) who jumped to the victory in Saturday's €1.25 million Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix at the GC Playoffs in Prague.

Saturday’s LGCT Super Grand Prix was open to those that had earned themselves a Golden Ticket during the 2025 Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix season. Abdel Saïd (BEL), Emanuele Camilli (ITA), Scott Brash (GBR), Marco Kutscher (GER), Harrie Smolders (NED), Jérôme Guery (BEL), Gilles Thomas (BEL), Simon Delestre (FRA), Christian Kukuk (GER) and Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) were joined by Gerrit Nieberg (GER), Thibault Philippaerts (BEL), Philipp Weishaupt (GER), Gregory Cottard (FRA) and Anastasia Nielsen (MON) at a sold-out O2 Arena with more than 15,000 fans present for the LGCT Super Grand Prix which was jumped over two demanding 1.65m rounds.

In the end, none of the riders could deliver a double clear result: With a clear in the first round, and a rail in the second on a time of 62.43 seconds, Saïd secured the win by being just two hundredths of a second ahead of Simon Delestre (FRA) and Cayman Jolly Jumper (Hickstead x Quaprice Bois Margot), followed by Scott Brash (GBR) and Hello Chadora Lady (Chacco-Blue x Nintender) in third.

Here we look back at some of all the action at the O2 Arena as the 2025 LGCT season came to a close with a bang.
